In this corner, I love to help people fall in love with languages, whether that be through helping teachers make their language classrooms fun to inspire their students, or whether that be through helping you learn a language yourself

I have a 1st Class Honours degree in German and Spanish, I am a qualified former secondary school teacher with Grade 1 Qualified Teacher Status and I also hold my TEFL and CELTA qualifications for teaching English as a foreign language. Spanish was always my second language after German and I have let that one slip a bit, so I don’t cover it here, but I do love to teach German and English and I love to help language teachers make their classrooms as engaging as possible

I am a huge believer that everyone should learn at least one language - languages bring us together and help us celebrate our differences rather than using them as reasons to keep people apart, they help you experience new and exciting cultures first hand, they help you go off the beaten track in new and exciting places, plus so much more! In a world filled with division, people who speak multiple languages help to bring us together, so come and join me in your language learning journey (follow the blue arrow to read a bit more about what I do in this corner)
